Custom ribbons
All ribbons are checked for quality before being despatched.
Personalised ribbons may only be returned in the case of an obvious error on our part during the printing process.
It is very important that you check your design carefully, as ribbons which match the design you have ordered can not be returned.
Stock ribbons
Unwanted stock ribbons may be returned for refund within seven days of receipt.
The full length must be returned to qualify for a refund.
Please return ribbon to the mailing address listed above, listing your reason for return.
The above policy does not affect your statutory rights.
